PM2000 provides MAS 90 and MAS 200 users with unparalleled lease management. The heart of this incredibly flexible system is the Lease Maintenance, where managers can enter and maintain lease information and charges, as well as track insurance and tax information, setup late fees and view tenant history. |

Users can enter an unlimited number of recurring leases charges on a number of billing cycles including: Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual, and a Select Months option or anything in between.
Each lease line maintains it’s own Next Billing Date so the system knows when it should be billed. |

Each lease line also has unlimited capacity for pre-schedule rent increases or options.
Increase types include fixed amounts, percentage increases, CPI adjustments or tenant sales calculations with minimum and maximum calculation values.
These increases can be set to take effect automatically using start and end dates, making them perfect or promotional rent reductions as well! |

PM2000’s tenant balance tracking picks up where MAS 90 and MAS 200 stops. Instead of simply tracking invoice balances, PM2000 tracks “type” specific balances, including rents, deposits, and multiple reimbursement or other revenue categories.
Because payments are tracked by line being paid as well, researching payment application for a tenant is greatly improved. |
