ACS Multi-Bin for MAS90 and MAS200 improves warehouse productivity and inventory obsolescence.

 

ACS Multi-bin is designed to improve warehouse workflow, including product picking, movements, receiving, shipping and counting.

 

The Fully Integrated solution, Multi-bin works with the normal flow and files of the MAS90 and MAS200 system.  This improves the warehouse specific tasks right along with the MAS90 and MAS200 usage.

 

ACS Multi-bin eliminates the dusty inventory that is pushed to the back of the warehouse.  Multi-bin assists pickers to use those items before newer inventory.  This eliminates the loss of expired inventory and discounts associated with soon to be expired items.

Our RF Handheld integrated partners provides seamless integration with ACS Multi-bin. This improves the speed and accuracy of data collection.

Reporting

The Reports offered with ACS Multi-Bin contribute just as much to the overall goal of the enhancement as any other feature.  Our sophisticated reporting, offered in Crystal, are the most innovative on the market.

Multi-Bin Replenishment Report - The Replenishment Report helps users consolidate their inventory from many locations and makes suggestions to prepare primary bin locations for picking.  It evaluates Min/Max settings for items in bin locations unpicked sales orders and good required for work order production.  It provides details where transfers between bin locations should take place.  Users can add bin location bar codes to the report for RF handheld usage.

 

Purchase Order Directed Put Away - When Purchase Orders are received, this Crystal PO Form reflects where items can be stocked based on Primary Bin settings and Min/Max settings in Bin Locations.

 

 

Detailed Inventory Report by Bin Location - Our Multi-Bin Inventory Transaction Report is now in crystal!  It reports all inventory transactions with bin location activity.

 

Valuation Report - This report provides Multi-Bin stock status and valuation reports for bin location inventory.

Non Lot Serial Items includes the valuations: Standard, Average, FIFO, LIFO.  Choose to allocate from the Primary Bin Locations until depleted.  Then choose to further allocate by Bin Location and then by the Least Quantity on Hand.  The Least Quantity on Hand option helps consolidate inventory.

 

Lot Serial Items includes Lot and Serial Valuation items.  Choose to allocate from the Primary Bin Locations until depleted.  Then choose to further to allocate by Lot Number, Lot Receipt Date (for FIFO) and Lot Expiration Date.  Multi-bin Expiration Date Control package is required to allocate from Lot Expiration Dates.
