Property and Unit Maintenance provides a central location to enter and maintain static property information.

From these screens, users can:

 

· Designate owners and projects.

· View occupancy, income and cash reconciliation.

· Create user definable fields to track special information

· Select to prorate move-in and move-out charges

· Management Fee handling

· Designate General Ledger segments for Property and Unit postings
