ACS Multi-bin is designed to improve warehouse workflow, including product picking, movements, receiving, shipping and counting.

A fully integrated solution, Multi-bin works with the normal flow and files of the MAS 90 and MAS 200 system. This improves the warehouse specific tasks right along with the MAS 90 and MAS 200 usage.

ACS Multi-bin eliminates the dusty inventory that is pushed to the back of the warehouse. Multi-bin assists pickers to use those items before newer inventory. This eliminates the loss of expired inventory and discounts associated with soon to be expired items.

Our RF Handheld integrated partners provides seamless integration with ACS Multi-bin. This improves the speed and accuracy of data collection. Transfer inventory between locations in the warehouse real time. RF handheld inventory status reflects where inventory is, what location it is picked from or stocked to.

Features

• Primary picking bins, Staging locations and Anywhere. System includes automation for Primary Bin Locations and Staging Locations
• Automatically selects goods to be shipped, stored and used in the system. System can discriminate from primary picking locations and auxiliary ones.
• System gives advice on how to stock primary pick locations with Replenishment Primary Pick Reporting. It evaluates requirements from sales on sales order demand, min/max criteria and work order required.
• System transfers goods and produces transfer sheets that can be generated through out a busy day.
• Data entry screens and Pick Sheets save time by automatically selecting the right goods: FIFO when goods are received, made and expire, primary pick areas, by location, least quantity on hand and more.

• Multi-bin Stock Status, Inventory Valuation, Transaction Detail and Replenishment Reports are provided in crystal so the reports can changed and reflect what is important.
• Fully integrated Audit Trail is reconcilable to Multi-bin Quantity on Hand. So status can be evaluated by specific invoices, receipts, issues and transfers.
• System includes Inventory Transaction Batch handling enhancement so any transaction can be entered and updated while others are still in progress.
• Physical Count by tag provides the ability to formalize inventory and to allow any number of users to enter physical counts.
• Can Turn-off Multi-bin for specific Warehouses, Product Lines or Company Codes to save administrative overhead.

Multi-Bin Replenishment Report - The Replenishment Report helps users consolidate their inventory from many locations and makes suggestions to prepare primary bin locations for picking. It evaluates Min/Max settings for items in bin locations unpicked sales orders and good required for work order production. It provides details where transfers between bin locations should take place. Users can add bin location bar codes to the report for RF handheld usage.

Purchase Order Directed Put Away - When Purchase Orders are received, this Crystal PO Form reflects where items can be stocked based on Primary Bin settings and Min/Max settings in Bin Locations and the history of where inventory has been stored.

Detailed Inventory Report by Bin Location -Multi-Bin Inventory Transaction Report provides inventory transaction history information by bin location - including sales, receipts, issues, adjustments and transfers.

Valuation Report -Provides Multi-Bin stock status and valuationby bin location inventory. Reports lot and serial information and expiration dates if owned.

Multi-Bin Distribution
Complete Multi-Bin for Inventory, Sales Order, Purchase Order and RMA modules. Retains inventory in bin locations in warehouses and retains audit trail. Commit inventory in Sales Order Entry with automatic flow through to shipping and invoicing. Picking sheet list locations of inventory allocated and earmark inventory.
