ADVANCED FEATURES FOR ACS WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT WITH MULTI-BIN

**This 90 minute training class is designed for resellers and end-users who want to explore the advanced features and capabilities of the ACS Warehouse Management system.  In-depth discussions on Expiration Date Control, Vendor Lot Traceability compliance features, Pallet Management and License Plating and Wave Batch picking processes are included.  A basic understanding of the Multi-Bin features of the system are helpful, but not required.

ACS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR VERSION 5.0 UPGRADES - RESELLER

**This 60 minute training class will familiarize you with the new features of ACS Property Management version 5.0 and prepare you for the upgrade from all previous versions (3.71, 4.05, and 4.3).  Covers pre-upgrade utilities and post-upgrade testing recommendations.

Property Management for property owners, managers and developers

ACS PM provides property managers, owners and developers with a seamlessly integrated, complete Property Management solution for Sage MAS Sage 100 ERP (formerly Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200). The system is designed to be the most comprehensive full management system available with special focus on accounting management, physical property management and unit vacancy and availability.

This class provides "user level" training on the Property Management module. Topics include:

• Module Setup and Integration
• General Ledger Balance Sheet Account Selection
• General Ledger Account Segment Setup for Property and Unit translation of revenue and expenses
• Data Entry and Setup of Properties, Units, and Leases Setup of automatic lease rate increases/changes
• Processing including Billing, Receipts, Late Fees, etc.
• Balance forward and combined invoice forms for multiple leases
• Help Utilities including Global Unit Management, Global Reminders, etc. Accounts Payable transactions including tenant Pass-throughs
