PM2000 Property Management 4.40 LEVEL 1

Training: Class - 4 hours

PM2000 for property owners, managers and developers

ACS PM2000 provides property managers, owners and developers with a seamlessly integrated, complete Property Management solution for Sage MAS 90 and MAS 200. The system is designed to be the most comprehensive full management system available with special focus on accounting management, physical property management and unit vacancy and availability.

This class provides "user level" training on the PM2000 module. Topics include:

  • Module Setup and Integration
  • General Ledger Balance Sheet Account Selection
  • General Ledger Account Segment Setup for Property and Unit translation of revenue and expenses
  • Data Entry and Setup of Properties, Units, and Leases Setup of automatic lease rate increases/changes
  • Processing including Billing, Receipts, Late Fees, etc.
  • Balance forward and combined invoice forms for multiple leases
  • Help Utilities including Global Unit Management, Global Reminders, etc. Accounts Payable transactions including tenant Pass-throughs
  • Reports

 

Additional training classes will be covering advanced systems including:

    • Common Area Maintenance (CAM)/Reimbursable setup including CAM pool
    • Setup of lease level allocation percentages
    • Entry of Accounts Payable CAM transaction
    • Processing of CAM transactions on an actual or estimate basis
    • Billing of actual CAM charges
    • Review of the Multi-Company Field Service Module including CAM transactions, Unit maintenance, tenant improvements, and budget tracking for third party vendors
    • Review of additional add-on modules including Multi-Company Reports and Multi-Company Accounts Payable
