ACS Warehouse Management Expiration Date Control

Instead of having a dedicated module, ACS Warehouse Management for Expiration Date Control works throughout all of your Multi-Bin enabled modules to ensure efficient distribution of goods, accurate tracking of expiring or expired inventory, and appropriate use of date sensitive manufacturing components.  The system also includes Vendor Lot Traceability, which allows users to track vendor lot goods throughout the system, from warehouse location to the finished goods that used it.

Expiration Date Control by Module:

Purchase Order Receipt of Goods prompts for Manufacturer Lot Number and Expiration Date when receiving items.  This information is stored so that reports on expiring goods throughout the warehouse can be tracked. 

Inventory Management provides several locations where the expiration date of expiring inventory can be viewed, including Item Maintenance, Bin Location Maintenance and Bin Location Inquiries.  Physical Count Entry also provide reference information on existing quantities and allows entry for new lines.

Sales Order provides Auto-Allocation Options can use expiration date sensitivity when allocating goods for Sales Orders.  Picking Sheets display expiration date information for goods in Bins and take into consideration Customer required lead time for expiring goods.

 

Manufacturing Modules allow the entry of expiration dates to lotted inventory during Bill of Materials Production Entries and Work Order Completions.
