Charge History and Payments: PM2000’s tenant balance tracking picks up where MAS 90 and MAS 200 stops.  PM2000 tracks all charges and payments for each invoice line.  It tracks "charge type” specific balances, including rents, deposits, and multiple reimbursement or other revenue categories.  Because payments are tracked by line being paid as well, researching payment application for a tenant is greatly improved.
