WORK ORDER LOOKUP
All lookups and selections are multi-company and the user never has to switch companies or screens. Other multi-company lookups for tenants, customers, leases, properties and units.
Prevention Maintenance
Can designate the first service date and set schedule preferences such as desired days of the week and desired day of the month. Service dates scheduled by the system can be altered once they are created to accommodate schedules as desired.
Analysis and Budget
Can analyze productivity and details of technicians, routes, work orders, tenants, properties and units. System provides budget tracking and auto limits billings if desired.
Work Management and Billing
WIP management system provides the ability to control billing of work. Can decide any or all work to billed and how much. Multi-company billing allows the user to not worry which company to bill for. The system manages that and automatically bill work and CAM to any MAS90 company.
Reports and Invoices
All reports are in crystal and can be changed as desired. Invoice templates are provided where previous balance information can be reflect and all details of the work perform.
