Vacancy Management for PM2000 Property Management
In addition to a focus on lease based activities, PM2000 provides managers with built-in tools for managing Properties and Unites-Helping to eliminate unit down-time and vacancies.

The Unit tab lists all units attached to the specific property. Managers can quickly sort this screen based on exactly what they need to see. A unit's lease status is noted along with number of days vacant or number of days until the unit is available. The current tenant in the unit is displayed and vacant Units denote No Occupant. Lease status is displayed here - Including future, month-to-month and expired leases.
To better track rent billings and payments, last billing total and payments dated for the last 30 days print so that mangers can keep an eye on delinquent tenants.

■Focus on Unit Management by tracking availability and vacancy ■Track receivables by reviewing the amounts billed in the last 30 days and the payments received in that same time period. ■Unit Maintenance displays the current status on the unit. ■Statuses include: ■Current Tenant ■Month—to—Month Lease ■Expired ■Moved Out ■No Occupant ■Global Unit Management allows the viewing of units, by type over multiple properties and multiple MAS companies. ■View: ■Number of Units of that type—the number currently available and the number currently occupied ■Vacant units show numbers of days vacant ■Occupied units show number of days until available ■Using the transaction history file, the screen displays the total amount of rent and other charges billed and received over the month. ■Ability to sort by owner to make cross company ownership even easier to manage.
