This class provides "user level" training on the PM2000 module.  Topics include:

• Module Setup and Integration
• General Ledger Balance Sheet Account Selection
• General Ledger Account Segment Setup for Property and Unit translation of revenue and expenses
• Data Entry and Setup of Properties, Units, and Leases
• Setup of automatic lease rate increases/changes
• Processing including Billing, Receipts, Late Fees, etc.
• Balance forward and combined invoice forms for multiple leases
• Help Utilities including Global Unit Management, Global Reminders, etc.
• Accounts Payable transactions including tenant Pass-thrus
