ACS Multi-Bin Expiration Date Control and Vendor Lot Traceability
Multi-Bin Vendor Lot Traceability allows users to track vendor lot goods from PO Receipt, Inventory transfers and even raw component item use in Bill of Materials and Work Order finished products. Also included is the Multi-Bin Expiration Date Control functionality.
When faced with a vendor initiated recall, locating not only the raw material but all the finished goods that it may have been used for can be daunting. Multi-Bin with Vendor Lot Traceability makes it easy with the Vendor Lot Trace Report. This report shows:
- All Transactions involving the lot
- All Finished Goods the lot was used to create
- Customers who had purchased affected items
- Where the Vendor Lot is still located in the warehouse
Vendor Lot Number and expiration dates can be entered in PO Receipt of Goods when the item is received. Existing inventory can have this information added through Physical Count Entry.

In addition, Vendor lot number and expiration date can also be viewed in Inventory Maintenance
